The Rossoneri want Renato Sanches on loan with option to buy, while Bayern are determined to ensure there’s an obligation to make the move permanent.
It’s believed the clubs will eventually agree a middle ground with a very high guaranteed sum for the loan.
Bayern paid €35m plus numerous bonuses in order to sign him from Benfica last summer.
