Chelsea seem to be veering more towards Borussia Dortmund hitman Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, while today Sky Sport Italia claim Belotti has given the all-clear via his entourage to a Milan move.
The 23-year-old has, after all, never disguised the fact he is a lifelong Rossoneri supporter.
However, the same sources note Torino want €80m cash plus Gabriel Paletta and M’Baye Niang.
So far, the offer on the table from Milan is €40m plus those two players.
There is a €100m release clause in his contract, but that is valid only for clubs outside of Italy.
Last season, Il Gallo scored 28 goals with eight assists in 38 games for Torino, between Serie A and the Coppa Italia.
