Milan have confirmed that a the shareholders’ meeting will be held on December 13 for the sale of the club.
It was announced earlier this month that there would be a summit with Fininvest and other minor shareholders on December 2 or “if necessary, December 13”.
A Chinese consortium, Sino-Europe Sports is in the process of buying the Rossoneri, so the meetings are needed to get the deal done.

“AC Milan announces that, in light of the statement given to the club’s majority shareholder, Fininvest S.p.A, the shareholders’ meeting will be held on the second call, December 13, 2016 at 10.30am at Casa Milan,” a statement announced.
