Milan and Torino are the favourites to sign Clement Grenier from Olympique Lyonnais, writes L’Equipe.
The 25-year-old midfielder had already been linked with Sunderland and Palermo in recent months.
“Grenier will not be in our squad this season,” announced President Jean-Michel Aulas.
“During our last meeting he made some requests that were difficult to accept. I don’t know if he did it on purpose, but from that moment on he was for sale. It’s as if he asked to leave.”

Milan seem to be the favourites, according to L’Equipe, but Torino are not to be counted out entirely either.
Grenier grew up in the Lyon youth academy and is believed to cost around €6m.
