Milan Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic says “there are no perfect formations” and hints Keisuke Honda could leave.
The Rossoneri started the season with a 4-4-2 system, but have gone with a 4-3-3 in recent weeks, picking up three wins in a row.
“We tried a system of play that didn’t work, in the future we could change again,” Mihajlovic explained in his Press conference ahead of the Atalanta game.
“There are no perfect formations, but this allows us to be more compact and to play between the lines.”

It was reported this week that Japanese international Keisuke Honda was looking to leave the club, and Mihajlovic didn’t rule out a departure.
“When you’re at Milan you have to feel good, if someone wants to leave he can go. It seems to me that Honda has had the opportunity to play.
“Nobody here is essential though, we have neither [Diego] Maradona or [Lionel] Messi in the team, so everyone has to train hard during the week, otherwise they’ll never get a chance to play.
“They have to wait and make the most of their opportunities, because sooner or later everyone will get a chance, there will be suspensions, injuries.
“They don’t have to take it up with me if they play less, but with themselves. The pitch will decide.”
The Diavolo seem to be recovering from a shaky start to the season, but the former Sampdoria Coach isn’t thinking about the League table.
“At this time we mustn’t look at the standings,” Mihajlovic insisted.
“We just have to take it one game at a time and try to get as many points as possible.
“We’ve done well to recover, and we’re now in a place in the table which we deserve, we haven’t stolen anything.
“At the same time, we’re lacking some points which I hope to recover during the season. The goal is to get into the Champions League, though it won’t be easy as there are a lot of strong teams.
“If we win tomorrow it could definitely be a turning-point.”
