The Rossoneri centre-back was seen hitting out at the Bianconeri man yesterday and after consulting television evidence, the FIGC have given him a retrospective four game suspension.
The breakdown of the suspension is – three games for the punch, and one game for the two yellow cards he received in Turin.
It means the France international will be out for games against Udinese, Parma, Lazio and Fiorentina.
