“If I play I’ll do my job, I’m doing well in the Champions League now. We know it’s difficult for strikers in Italy, maybe it’s easier in Europe.

“I feel good, I’m playing a lot. I’m doing my job as a striker and I’m learning every day.”

Maurizio Sarri’s men won the away fixture in Ukraine, but Martens warns Kiev will be a tough proposition tomorrow.

“We won there, so everyone expects us to win at home. It won’t be easy though. They play very well away from home, but we want to win.”
