Napoli are reportedly taking their appeal against Walter Mazzarri’s touchline ban against Chelsea to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

The Coach was handed a two-match ban for pushing Nilmar when the Villarreal player was time-wasting on the touchline.

His appeal was rejected by UEFA and he sat out the first game of the suspension when Napoli beat Chelsea 3-1 this week.

However, the Partenopei have not given up and prepared the paperwork for an appeal to the Lausanne Court of Arbitration for Sport.

They hope to have Mazzarri back on the bench for the second leg of their Champions League round of 16 clash at Stamford Bridge on March 14.
