The Bianconeri forward was in the starting XI for the matches against Inter and Bayern Munich recently, but has been a peripheral figure this term.

However, the Italy international is not interested in a future away from Antonio Conte's team.

“Nothing has changed,” he told Tuttosport. “I feel important and I like it here.

“It feels good to wear the black and white shirt. Even if I'm not playing in all the games, I am rewarded by the fact that I am playing for one of the best teams in the world.

“Two years ago, no one would have imagined what we have won. If it's not a miracle, then it's been an extraordinary undertaking.

“Our real goal is to regain the Scudetto. The Champions League is more of a dream – however we will try until there is no hope left.”
