The 27-year-old scorer is tied to the newly crowned Italian champions until 2017 after extending his deal by a further two years in April, but Fiorentina had been linked with a bid.
Matri wasn’t moved by the rumours, saying: “I don’t want to go anywhere. I will remain with the Bianconeri.”
Despite 10 League goals this season, Matri wasn’t selected for Cesare Prandelli’s Euro 2012 squad after losing his place in Antonio Conte’s first team plans in the closing stages of the campaign.
Matri has also been linked with a number of Russian clubs.
