Inter director Beppe Marotta insists Coach Antonio Conte “is certainly more reassured” after the transfer summit in China.
Marotta landed at Milan’s Linate Airport this evening after attending the International Champions Cup games and a crucial meeting with Suning Group chiefs in Nanjing.
“It’s all very positive,” Marotta told Sport Mediaset.
“It’s good to feel a little bit of pressure. You can see Conte’s work, we are very happy. There’s more to be done, but there is optimism.”

Marotta was asked if Conte had felt more reassured after his complaints at the lack of transfer activity.
“Certainly, yes.”
There are reports that patron Zhang Jindong gave the all-clear to increase the offer for Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku, who is valued at €85m.
