Juventus director Giuseppe Marotta says the club ‘absolutely never considered sacking Massimiliano Allegri.’
The Bianconeri Coach was rumoured to be under pressure at the beginning of the season after a woeful start, but the team have since rallied with seven straight wins.
"There has absolutely never been the possibility of sacking Allegri,” Marotta told Domenica Sportiva.
“I think that the initial results of a team can never induce the club to make such a decision.

“You decide to make a sacking when elements of harmony between the Coach and the team don’t exist anymore.
“There wasn’t any kind of doubt, and so it was never in our heads to discuss the Coach.
“Allegri’s sense of humour and irony is his strong suit.
