Devis Mangia has named his preliminary 27-man squad for the Under-21 European Championships next month.
Italy have been drawn in a group alongside England, Norway and hosts Israel. The initial squad will meet at Milanello on Wednesday 22, before the final 23 fly out to Tel Aviv on June 1.

Paris Saint-Germain starlet Marco Verratti has been called up, as has Roma striker Matteo Destro. Missin out though, is Stephan El Shaarawy, who is expected to be named in the squad for the Confederations Cup.
