“There is still hope,” said Lugano following the 2-1 win over England.
“I am very proud of the attitude of this group, their dedication and their hard work. I would’ve been proud even if we had lost.
“Now we have to focus on another great game. We are concentrated and confident for the match with Italy.”
Lugano did not participate in the victory over England due to a knee problem.
