“We are doing everything we can, we are talking with the group, we want them to react,” Parma’s vice-sporting director Alessandro Lucarelli told Sky Sport Italia.

“The only thing I know is hard work. That’s how you can turn negative situations into positive ones. We expect a great game, there is no more room for mistakes," the former defender continued.
“The ownership trusts us, we are trying to support the team, we are doing everything we can, but the players are those who go on the pitch. The figures are bad, but we must turn the season around.”
