The Granata sacked Walter Mazzarri in February and brought in Moreno Longo, who lost his first three games in charge before the lockdown.

He has taken the opportunity of this three-month hiatus to transform Mazzarri’s tactics and shelve the three-man defence in favour of a 4-4-2, using Belotti and Zaza together, with Simone Edera and Alex Berenguer as very attack-minded wingers.

Daniele Baselli, Simone Verdi and Cristian Ansaldi are out injured, so Bremer is moved to left-back.

Parma are one point behind Milan with a game in hand, so can make a genuine push for Europa League qualification.

The hiatus has given them the opportunity to recover some of their injured players, as only Roberto Inglese is still out of action.

Kulusevski will continue with Parma on loan until the end of the season after his January sale to Juventus, completing a trident attack with Atalanta-owned Andreas Cornelius and revitalised Gervinho.

Matteo Darmian is up against his old club and back on familiar ground.

Torino have won just two of their last 15 Serie A meetings with Parma, both in 2014-15, along with four draws and nine losses.
