Inter have adjusted their tactics for the trip to Siena, as Ricky Alvarez, Mauro Zarate and Giampaolo Pazzini all start.

Claudio Ranieri’s men play at the Stadio Artemio Franchi this afternoon and have reshuffled due to Wesley Sneijder’s absence.

Alvarez is given a starting spot after impressing in the last two games and scoring in the Champions League against Trabzonspor.

He appears to have a wide midfield role mirrored by Zarate, as they fan out behind lone striker Pazzini.

Thiago Motta takes the deep-lying midfield position in this 4-1-4-1 system, while Andrea Ranocchia steps in as Lucio and Douglas Maicon are injured.

Siena have surprisingly got Emanuele Calaiò back in record time after his injury to start, as he had originally been ruled out of the game.

With Mattia Destro injured, Marcelo Larrondo takes over.
