Leonardo says the reason he left his post coaching Milan was because of a breakdown in relations with certain people at the club.
The Brazilian, who also had a season in charge of Inter, has revealed he is looking to return to the dugout in the near future.
“My idea is to make a return as a Coach,” Leonardo told FcInterNews.it. “It could even be in time for next season.
“I will stay in Europe, that’s the plan. I think that with the experience I now have I have discovered my ideal way of wanting to work.

“After being director of football at PSG, I needed a bit of time to organise myself but now I am ready to return.
“I left Milan because there were problems with my relationships with certain people at the club.
“It had nothing to do with my professional life and my results with Milan reflected that.”
