Sassuolo have turned down a new £12m Leicester City offer for defender Francesco Acerbi, claim Sky Sport Italia.
The Italy international centre-back turns 29 next month and has two caps for the Azzurri.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer news specialist Gianluca Di Marzio, the latest offer on the table for Acerbi was worth £12m (€13.5m).
However, Sassuolo have again rejected it, as Coach Eusebio Di Francesco is determined to keep his star players until at least the end of the season.
