The FIGC’s prosecutor has asked for Lazio to be given a two-match stadium ban and €50,000 fine for their role in the Anne Frank picture controversy.
It comes after after Lazio ultras put up stickers depicting Anne Frank wearing a Roma jersey during their side’s 2-0 win against Benevento on October 26.
The Jewish girl lived in an attic with her family in Amsterdam to hide from the Nazis but was eventually discovered and died in the Holocaust.

She gained fame posthumously with the publication of her diaries that documented her life in hiding from 1942 to 1944.
In response to the demands, Aquile lawyer Gian Michele Gentile told reporters: “Given all the extenuating circumstances, we asked to be spared prosecution.”
The case will be heard early next week.
