Juventus are stepping up activity to try and resolve a deal for Angelo Ogbonna, which may involve Ciro Immobile.

The Bianconeri are confirmed by director general Beppe Marotta as intending to bring Ogbonna across Turin from rivals Torino this summer.

The Gazzetta dello Sport suggest that today the club will be making further contact with the player and Toro to try and come a final agreement.

It is understood that a €12m cash payment would be made for Ogbonna, but that if Juve can include co-ownership of a striker in part-exchange, then it may drop to €8m.

With Manolo Gabbiadini apparently on the verge of a move to Sampdoria for next season, Toro would be looking at Immobile.

However, it is reported that the League champions are struggling to come to an agreement with Genoa to transfer their 50 per cent share over to Torino, due to Enrico Preziosi’s valuation.
