Empoli rejected a €3m offer from Juventus for 17-year-old talent Hamed Junior Traore, it’s reported.
The Ivorian creative midfielder has impressed in the youth team, coming up through their academy, and this summer was promoted to the senior squad in Serie B.
According to Il Tirreno newspaper, Juventus set their sights on Traore and offered up to €3m for the teenager.
However, Empoli believe he can develop further and are keeping hold of him for the time being.
