Genoa Coach Ivan Juric says he is not setting any targets for his team this season.

The tenth-placed Rossoblu face a home match with bottom club Palermo on Sunday evening, and at the Press conference to preview the encounter the Croatian was asked whether he would settle for a mid-table finish.

“I am not thinking about it,” Juric commented. “I want to see how things go, I won’t set targets.

“I still have the opinion that there are six or seven teams who are superior to us overall.”

The tactician added that despite his opponents’ lowly League position, he is expecting a difficult game at Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

“I’m expecting a difficult game, they have good players and I think they are coming here with freer heads too.

“Palermo are very solid, they played a good match in Florence.

“These are matches that excite me. Everything depends on how things develop, as it did in the match with Cagliari.”
