Juventus plan to sell Paul Pogba and spend the €100m on Isco, Axel Witsel and Edinson Cavani, claims Tuttosport.

The Turin-based newspaper splashed the suggestions on its front page today, fuelling existing rumours Juve have decided to part with Pogba this summer.

The club apparently believes the 23-year-old has reached his peak price-tag and will capitulate for €100m, as sides like Chelsea – with Antonio Conte in charge – Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona and PSG are lining up.

The club apparently believes the 23-year-old has reached his peak price-tag and will capitulate for €100m, as sides like Chelsea – with Antonio Conte in charge – Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona and PSG are lining up.

Tuttosport are more concerned with where the money will be spent on reinvigorating a team that went out in the Champions League Round of 16 to Bayern Munich.

Max Allegri has been requesting a trequartista to play behind the strikers since he took over at Juve and could finally get his wish in the form of Isco.

The Real Madrid talent is 23 years old, just like Pogba, and is eager for more regular playing time than he’s been getting at the Bernabeu this season.

He has scored four goals and provided 12 assists in 32 competitive games this term, while he has one goal in 12 senior career caps for Spain.

Isco joined Real Madrid for €30m from Malaga in 2013 and his price-tag is in the region of €45m.

Juve also want to reinforce the midfield and are torn between the experienced Belgium international Axel Witsel – also a firm target for Milan over the summer – and Bologna’s breakout 18-year-old starlet Amadou Diawara.

It had already been reported over the last few days by several Italian papers that Juventus were preparing a swoop for Paris Saint-Germain striker Cavani.

The Uruguay international just turned 29 last month and has already shone in Serie A with Palermo and Napoli.

His move to PSG in 2013 was worth €64m and he is now valued at around €40m.

Cavani made his irritation with life in Paris known, but with Zlatan Ibrahimovic confirming his departure this summer, that could change.
