Antonio Candreva warns Inter will not finish in the top seven of Serie A if they continue playing as they did against Sparta Prague.
The Nerazzurri slumped to a 3-1 defeat in the Czech capital on Thursday, their second embarrassing loss in as many Europa League matches this season.
“Playing like we did yesterday evening, we won’t even finish in the top seven,” Candreva admitted to Radio Deejay.
“I don’t know what is happening to us. Yesterday was another horror show.

“In the Europa League in my opinion we haven’t really played. In the League we haven’t started brilliantly, but at least we have shown some good football.
“I always expect the best from myself, that’s how all of the team need to be thinking.”
The 29-year-old did however express his pleasure at having already established an excellent on-field relationship with Mauro Icardi.
“I have been at Inter for a month or a little less and we already have an excellent understanding. He is an extraordinary forward.”
