Teenage striker Sebastiano Esposito has expressed his delight after signing a new contract with Inter.
Esposito is already playing at Under-19 level for Inter’s Primavera side, despite only turning 17 on Tuesday.
The likes of Manchester City, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund had reportedly been monitoring the Italy U17 international, but he has agreed to put pen to paper until 2022.
“I’m happy and I hope to keep going like this,” he told Calciomercato.com outside the Nerazzurri’s offices in Milan.

Esposito scored 33 goals in just a season-and-a-half with Inter’s U17 team, before following up with eight more for the Primavera side.
He has also netted 14 times in only 20 caps for the Azzurri U17s and even played 17 minutes of the seniors’ Europa League defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt in March.
