Inter could make a dramatic u-turn and sell Fredy Guarin in the summer after his relationship with the fans hit a new low.
The Colombia international was at fault for Livorno’s equaliser as the Nerazzurri drew 2-2 with the Domenico Di Carlo’s men on Monday.
And the midfielder has since come in for a torrent of abuse from the supporters, who feel he still doesn’t have the club in his heart.
Guarin has recently signed a contract extension with Walter Mazzrri’s team, but the tifosi are, according to Gazzetta dello Sport and Tuttosport, suspicious of the 27-year-old after he angled for a move away in January.
His non-move to Juventus was one of the longest transfer sagas over the winter, but after the move failed to materialise, indications were that the attacker would stay at San Siro.
However, both papers believe that his relationship with the supporters is such that the club would consider offers over the summer.
