Stefano Sensi will reportedly miss Inter’s first game back against parent club Sassuolo but will be fit to face Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

Sensi pulled the adductors in his right thigh during Inter’s 2-1 defeat to Juventus last weekend, which ruled him out of the international break with Italy.

Now, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, the midfielder will not be available when the Nerazzurri travel to Sassuolo on October 20.

It would have been a special occasion for the 24-year-old, given he is on loan from the Neroverdi.

However, the newspaper expects him to be back playing against Dortmund – a must-win for Inter after dropped points in their first two Champions League fixtures.
