Inter are reportedly ready to drop Adem Ljajic and go for Real Sociedad attacking winger Carlos Vela.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, Roberto Mancini and the club are thoroughly unimpressed with Ljajic’s training since he arrived from Roma on transfer deadline day.
It is therefore rumoured that Inter could bring in a replacement during the January window.
Vela would be a good option, as the 26-year-old Mexico international has plenty of experience.

He’s featured for the likes of Celta Vigo, Arsenal and now Real Sociedad with a contract that runs to June 2018.
Vela plays on the right side of midfield or a trident attack.
Other candidates include Sofiane Feghouli at Valencia and Bayer Leverkusen’s Bellarabi.
