Netherlands international Van der Wiel has caught the attention of the club, as he will be available for free once his PSG deal runs out next month.
However, the newspaper underlines that Inter will face stiff competition for the 28-year-old, as many of Europe’s top clubs are considering moves.
Uruguayan utility man Caceres is also being considered despite the Juve man being heavily linked with a Roma move.
The 29-year-old has barely featured for Juve this season and will leave the club once his contract expires next month.
His ability to play in a number of defensive roles appeals to the Beneamata according to the report, as well as the low costs of the operation.
