Inter and Fiorentina are tracking Lille right-back Zeki Celik, it’s reported, but the asking price is at least €10m.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Viola have been keeping a close eye on Zelik for some time, but have now been joined by Inter in preparing a potential offer.
The 24-year-old Turkey international played against Italy at UEFA EURO 2020 and already has 23 senior caps for his country, in which he also scored two goals.
He can also play as a right-wing-back, making him a valid alternative for Simone Inzaghi’s Nerazzurri and their 3-5-2 formation.
They need someone on the right who can replace Achraf Hakimi, who today scored his debut goal for PSG.
Other alternatives, such as Hector Bellerin of Arsenal, are proving tricky to secure on the transfer market.
Celik’s contract with LOSC runs to June 2023 and TMW reports the asking price is €10m.
The former Istanbulspor player made 35 competitive appearances for Lille last season, contributing four goals and three assists.
