Insigne, 22, is a product of the club’s youth system who is currently tied to his hometown outfit until June 2017.
Insigne is about to start his second top-flight campaign at the Stadio San Paolo following his return from loan spells at Foggia and Pescara.
The forward netted five goals in 37 League games for the Azzurri last term under Walter Mazzarri. He will be bossed by Rafael Benitez this season.
Insigne was a key figure for the Italian Under-21 squad and he’s now expected to become a regular addition to Cesare Prandelli’s Giro Azzurro.
The attacker is thought to be currently earning €700,000 a campaign in Naples.
