And respected Sky journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has revealed on his official website that the German side are happy to splash out to land the Italy international.
The striker though, is currently co-owned by Juventus and their cross-city rivals, so any negotiations would have to involve both clubs.
It is suggested that Toro President Urbano Cairo is hoping to go to the Bianconeri and try to buy the other 50 per cent of Immobile, but they are unlikely to be able to compete with the Bundesliga outfit’s financial might.
