It’s widely reported Sevilla agreed to sell Immobile to Lazio for €8.5m plus another €0.5m in bonuses.
The wages are believed to be €2m per season.
The 26-year-old will undergo his medical at the Paideia clinic on Monday.
Immobile left Torino in 2014 for a €18.5m move to Borussia Dortmund, then went on to Sevilla a year later and returned to Torino on loan in January.
