Lazio fans received good news with the return of the squad to training, as hitman Ciro Immobile is ’100 per cent’ recovered from his injury.
The centre-forward has made 15 appearances for his club this season between Serie A and the Europa League, scoring seven goals and providing five assists.
However, he has struggled with a thigh strain sustained on October 16 and made only a four-minute cameo against Monza on November 10.
The squad is back in training after a break and Immobile passed all the tests.
“He is fine, he has 100 per cent recovered from that injury,” medic Ivo Pulcini told LaLazioSiamoNoi.it.
“He will certainly be ready for when Serie A returns.”
That will be from January 4 against Lecce, after the pause for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
