The Argentine is described as having ‘inflammation in his knee’, coincidentally coming at the same time as the saga that saw him stripped of the Nerazzurri’s captaincy and refuse to take part against Rapid Vienna last week.
However, Sky claims the 26-year-old ‘does not think he’s able to play’ at this stage.
