“The club has done great work by bringing in top players. At the start we were winning 1-0 but we were up there, then in January we had a decline but the team is growing.
“So where do you want me to go? I’m happy to be here, to be the captain, the striker and to score.
“Of course I want to win, but I want to do it like many before me have.
“I hope next year the team will be more competitive. Inter’s objective can never be partial, only the greatest: to win the Scudetto and get back into the Champions League. I want to win here, as soon as possible.

“Mazzarri had more of a classic Coach’s attitude and got angry more often.”
