“It is very likely,” Ibra told Sportbladet on the possibility of becoming a tactician. “Even if I have previously said no to the idea.
“I remember that Henrik [Larsson] said that, when he played, he would never become a Coach. Now, however, he is a Coach. So I do not know what will happen in two or three years.”
Asked to expand upon the hint of a fast-approaching retirement, the 30-year-old obliged.
“Yes, I hope to be in the business for two or three more years. Then we will see what will happen in the future.
“Anything is possible. We just have to wait and see.
“I think that to be a Coach takes great responsibility, so it’s easier to be a player.”
Ibrahimovic’s recently released autobiography details his various run-ins with previous Coaches, including most notably his 12 months alongside Pep Guardiola at Barcelona.
