The Swede was on target again in Milan’s 2-0 win over Lecce this afternoon, a result that put them four points clear at the top of the table.

“It was a good Sunday and I could’ve done more today, but am happy with the goal and the assist. The three points are important,” he told Mediaset Premium.

“We have a strong advantage, but it’s not over yet and there are many games to go. We’ll see how it ends. The important thing is to win.”

When asked about the alleged row with Allegri during the 3-0 Champions League defeat to Arsenal, Ibra lost his smile.

“Everyone talks, even those who ought to shut up. Of course nobody is happy when we lose, including me. The team is doing very well, though, as I help them and they help me.”
