Verona Coach Fabio Pecchia has explained his decision to start Giampaolo Pazzini on the bench once more.
The former Milan man, who has been with the Scaligeri since 2015, has again been named as a substitute for tonight’s Serie A clash with Crotone.
Speaking ahead of the match in Calabria, the Hellas tactician added that his main focus is on his team rather than any one player.

“It will be a different match for both teams,” Pecchia remarked
“As far as we’re concerned, we will try to play as we did against Napoli.
“We are playing against a team that stayed up based on their home form.
“Pazzini? I have no problem with him or with anyone else. I coach Hellas and not just Pazzini.”
Pecchia then expressed his admiration for Crotone counterpart Davide Nicola, who miraculously kept the Pitagorici in Serie A last season.
“I have a great relationship with Davide Nicola, we did our courses together at Coverciano and the result he got last season was extraordinary.”
