His rapport with Milan director Leonardo has hit rock bottom after complaints Pipita had to “start doing something for this team.”
According to SportMediaset, there are several options to make the move happen, but it’d be very difficult to fit the various elements together.
Milan paid €18m to take Higuain on loan from Juventus for one season with option to buy for another €36m.
The Rossoneri don’t want to lose their €18m for just six months, so could pass the loan over to Chelsea in exchange for a discount on the €35m option to buy Tiemoue Bakayoko.
Milan would also want Morata on an 18-month loan, paying €5m with option to buy for another €40m.
However, Morata seems to be leaning towards Spain, with Sevilla and Atletico Madrid interested.
Another alternative would be for Milan to terminate the deal with Juventus six months early, instead bringing in teenager Moise Kean to cover the €18m payment.
Juve could then sell Higuain to Chelsea for the full price of €55m, but the Bianconeri have made it clear they do not want to sell Italy Under-21 international Kean.
