Hernanes has rejected speculation that he is angling for a transfer away from current club Lazio.

The Brazilian, who took no part in the 2-0 loss to Genoa at the weekend, spoke to Lazio Style Radio on Monday to underline his commitment to the cause.

“I will give my all for Lazio until the very last day, in training and in matches,” the midfielder commented.

“I’m a professional who is passionate about work,” he continued. “And I have never felt as good as I do right now.

“My contract? If the club think I deserve to stay then we will carry on together. There is plenty of time, I still have a year and a half left on my present agreement.”

The South American has been linked with a possible move at the end of the season, with Paris Saint-Germain just one of the clubs interested.

Hernanes has one goal in 11 games so far this term.
