“We have the right team to make the fans dream,” Hamsik told reporters in his native Slovakia, as reported by Corriere dello Sport.

“We have the right team to make the fans dream,” Hamsik told reporters in his native Slovakia, as reported by Corriere dello Sport.
“We’re second right now, and we’ll play for the Scudetto until the end. We’re aware of our strength, and we can have our say until the end of the season.
“We’re coming off a great performance [against Atalanta] and we were also top of the League for the first time in 25 years.”
Hamsik went on to discuss his lower goal return this season, exacerbated by his poor record from the penalty spot.
“It’s true I’m scoring less now, but I’m giving more of a contribution in terms of quality of play.
“We’re resting, spending a few days at home but after the holidays we have to think about January 6 and the match with Torino.
“As for the missed penalty, unfortunately when I hit the second it went over the bar. My friends made fun of me on social media!
“Personally though, I have no problems, anyone who takes a penalty knows we can make mistakes.
“All I can do is apply myself to try and be more effective next time.”
