Emanuele Giaccherini says he will do whatever Italy boss Cesare Prandelli may ask of him at Euro 2012.
The Juventus player has made the final 23-man squad despite the fact that he has never been capped before.
“It’s marvellous to just be here in the squad,” the player co-owned with Cesena told the Gazzetta dello Sport. “I came here with great enthusiasm and a massive desire to do well.
“I will be happy with whatever decisions the Coach makes. I’ll give my all for this national side and I’m prepared to do anything – just like I was with Juventus.”
The Gazzetta is suggesting that Giaccherini may be introduced into the first XI if Prandelli opts for a Juve style 3-5-2 system which could include seven Bianconeri in the side.
