It was reported yesterday that that striker only wants to join the Nerazzurri, who are offering €5m for his services.
The French club want €10m, but their hand could be forced if Karamoh won’t accept a move to England.
“As far as the transfer market is concerned, I expect at least two new faces in the next week,” Garande said in a Press conference.
