“Our target for this season is to get back into the Champions League, as that is our natural habitat,” Galliani told Sport Mediaset Premium.
He was naturally asked about transfer stories surrounding the Rossoneri, including a €25m proposal plus bonuses for 20-year-old defender Romagnoli.
“We will not raise our offer by even €1, as it is already stratospheric. It all depends on Roma now.”
Ibrahimovic has consistently been linked with a move back to San Siro, although Galatasaray and Besiktas are also interested.
“The chances of signing Ibra are minimal because he has another year on his contract, but if he does leave PSG, then Milan are in pole position,” assured Galliani.
