The trio arrived at the newly-promoted side over the summer and spoke of their conviction in the group, as the team seek to maintain their Serie A status.
Bulgaria international Tonev arrived from Aston Villa after a season of controversy on loan at Celtic in which he was banned for making racist comments against Aberdeen’s Shay Logan.
“Football is a simple game, I don’t think I’ll have a problem adapting to Italian football,” said Tonev.
“My ban for racist comments is a long story. But I said nothing and there is proof of that. I just told my opponent to get away from me, nothing more. For me the matter is closed.
“I can play on the left or the right, or behind the strikers. The group is united, really fantastic.
“I’m happy about the welcome from the fans. The atmosphere at the stadium against Roma was fantastic, I hope it’s always like that.”
Castillo is on loan from Belgian side Club Brugge and the 22-year-old has been capped at senior level by Chile.
“Staying up is the number one objective, but also I want to gain more exposure than in the Belgian league,” said Castillo.
“My comparisons with Ibra are exaggerated, he’s a great. I’m a striker who knows how to score goals, that is my best quality.”
Gomis has joined Frosinone from Torino on loan, having faced the club while on loan at Trapani last season.
“I’m here to work with humility and give the Coach a hard choice to make,” said Gomis.
“For a player challenges and motivation are fundamental. Being here to try and nail down a place is an important stimulus, in a group that has reached Serie A in two years.
“Frosinone were always a hard team to at their own stadium, and against Roma on Saturday they demonstrated that.”
