The report claims the 13 other defendants from the Parma hierarchy over the years have received penalties from four years and six months to one year and 10 months.
Meanwhile, the club seems set to change hands and new details have emerged on the potential Qatari takeover.

The parties have agreed to evaluate Parma at €65m, but one of the last details in the agreement needs to be assessed, regarding the minority share. The seven members who saved the club from bankruptcy should remain at the club.
