A box office at Palermo’s Stadio Renzo Barbera was set on fire overnight.
It’s been a tumultuous summer in Sicily, as the Rosanero were relegated to Serie B last season and Paul Baccaglini’s takeover collapsed.
That means Maurizio Zamparini still owns the club, despite having stepped down as President last season to make way for Baccaglini’s consortium.
Last night a box office in Viale del Fante was set alight, but it was quickly extinguished by fire fighters.

Police are now investigating the matter, and are not excluding the possibility that the fire may have been a protest against Zamparini.
