Fiorentina boss Sinisa Mihajlovic has apparently told the club's director of sport Pantaleo Corvino that he doesn't consider D'Agostino part of his plans.

Corvino sees Galloppa as a like-for-like replacement capable of giving Fiorentina a jump in class.

The Italy international, who can play in the middle or on the left, has been out for five months this season with a serious knee injury.

He is also co-owned by Siena, which slightly complicates the deal.

If Fiorentina fail to bring in Galloppa they will turn their attention to Standard Liege starlet Axel Witsel.
